Summer Recipe: Strawberry-Blueberry-Banana Smoothie
Yield: 1 serving | Cook/Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 small ripe banana (frozen if desired)
3/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon nut butter (peanut, almond, etc.)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Add more milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
