November Recipe: Avocado Melon Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 large, ripe avocado (about 8 ounces in weight)
1 cup honey dew melon chunks
1 ½ teaspoons lime juice
1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
½ cup apple juice
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
- Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Scoop out flesh and place into blender.
- Add remaining smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth. Divide into two servings. Serve cold. Stores in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
